How Do I Order My Food Online?
There are two ways to order online. (1) Go to our website www.AYCDelivery.com setup an account. Choose your city/town to see restaurants. Click on the restaurant and order you food for dleivery. (2) The second way is to call us at 828-900-9466 and we can place your order for you.
*AYC recommends going to the website during busy summer dining hours and holidays.
Can I Call In A Food Order?
Yes call us at 828-900-9466 and we can place your order for you. Please when you place your call know what restaurant you want to order from and the food you would like delivered.
How Much Does it Cost For Delivery?
Food Order Total under $50 – $10 delivery fee
Food Order Total $50-100 – $15 delivery fee
Food Order Total over $100 – $20 delivery fee
* There are other charges added on top of the food total such as state tax, credit card processing, service fee, restaurants fees, and a tip for your driver.
How Long Does It Take For Delivery?
On a normal day 30-60 minutes. When we are at peak dining hours or summer nights or holidays. It could take up to 2 hours. We are subject to the restaurant and how busy they are as well in the restaurant. If there is a wait or the restaurant communicates to us they are backed up we will contact you and let you know.
Why does it take so long for delivery in the mountains?
This is not the city 10 miles is not 10-15 minutes. 10 miles in the mountains can be 30-60 minutes due to weather, curvy roads, elevation changes, two lane roads, slow drivers, and peak season traffic. SO please be patient we will get your food to you as requested. I boxes are designed to hold the food warm and hot up to 2-3 hours.
What if I sent my order through and want to ADD or DELETE something?
Tell your driver your needs and we will update your order, and the dollar amounts and resend the order to your email.
It says a time on my order and the food is not here?
Please do not go off the times on our system. There are many variables to getting things delivered in the mountains. For example you put your ordert through and your thinking the time starts then it does not . It starts when you receive a test from the driver. and even sometimes we will hold the order back until the driver is closer to the restaurant so the food remains hot when delivered.
Please do not call and ask where your order is?
Our drivers will communicate everythig to you, that is their job besides delivering the food. If you call up and something is not right do not complain on the phone forever, that is not getting your food to you any faster in fact its slowing it down. Please state your issue or problem and let us solve it for you and correct any problem. Also realize your not the only person getting delivery, we will try are very best to make it a smooth delivery experience. We are starting our second season and have had such a positive impact on the area providing this service. We thank you for you patience and business.
Can I pay for my order in cash?
No we only take debit and credit cards for the food order online. Most people leave a tip on their card when packing thier order. If you want to tip your driver not on the order; we accept cash and venmo for tips for delivery.
Leaving a tip for your driver?
Tipping is common and appreciated. You can tip through the directly when placing the order. If you want to tip your driver not on the order, we accept cash and venmo for tips for delivery.
What if my order is incorrect?
Please reach out to the driver and AYC will make it correct. WE do not open the bags or containers upon loading up for delivery. The driver has a checklist and counts food items only. So if there is somthing missing do not blame the driver as we only pickup the food check the number of items and delivery it. AYC takes pride in getting the order right the first time.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please dont put an order in with restrictions hoping the reastaurant will accomodate it just for you. Please call us first so we can call the restaurant you would liek to ordef from and make sure with the manager that they can accomodate and can prepare the food properly. Then we will call you to let you know you are good to go and to put the order through.
How can I give feedback about my experience?
